Refund policy

At WAVTHEORY™, we take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund Policy below.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@wavtheorydesign.com with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item(s). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email whether your return has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please follow these steps:

  1. Double-check your bank account to ensure the refund has not already been processed.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please contact us at [your support email] with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.
